Our instructors are available for personal training on an appointment basis.  We have 4 CrossFit L1 certified coaches who are available to give private coaching.  Whether its to learn the basics of CrossFit or to prepare for competition, we can provide specialist expertise to meet your needs.  Please contact us for specific requests.

At CrossFit Sandusky we believe CrossFit is for everyone; its about commitment and community.    We work every day on strength, flexibility, agility, speed, stamina and all the elements it takes to achieve greatness, whether as elite athletes, or as everyday people. Our Foundations program teaches new members the basic movements and skills you need to get started.  Our first Foundations graduate was 73 years old!  CrossFit Sandusky welcomes drop-ins to all classes and we love to be part of the global CrossFit community.

We are people just like you. Most of us had never stepped foot in a gym before starting our CrossFit journey. When you visit CrossFit Sandusky, we want this to be the best 60 minutes of your day. Show up and we will take care of the rest.

Every class will be run by a coach with years of experience who wants nothing but the best for you. They will lead you through a warm-up, go into full detail of the movements and exercises, and give you options for modification. Progress, not perfection, is what we strive for at CrossFit Sandusky, and it’s our goal to get you to where you want to be.
