We are people just like you. Most of us had never stepped foot in a gym before starting our CrossFit journey. When you visit CrossFit Sandusky, we want this to be the best 60 minutes of your day. Show up and we will take care of the rest.
Every class will be run by a coach with years of experience who wants nothing but the best for you. They will lead you through a warm-up, go into full detail of the movements and exercises, and give you options for modification. Progress, not perfection, is what we strive for at CrossFit Sandusky, and it’s our goal to get you to where you want to be.

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a fitness regimen developed by Greg Glassman over several decades. Glassman, CrossFit’s Founder and CEO, defines fitness in a meaningful, measurable way: increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. He then created a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health.
