Our CrossFit Masters program is designed specifically for individuals over the age of 40 who are looking to improve their health and fitness through high-intensity, functional exercise. Our experienced coaches have tailored the workouts and programming in this program to meet the unique needs and goals of our Masters athletes. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain strength, or just feel better in your own skin, our CrossFit Masters program has something for everyone. 6 Week Challenge

Our six week challenge is a structured program that is designed to help participants achieve their health and fitness goals in a supportive, accountable environment. The program consists of six weeks of workouts, nutrition coaching, and support from our team of experienced coaches. Throughout the six weeks, participants will have the opportunity to track their progress and receive support and guidance from our coaches. The program includes weekly check-ins, nutrition guidance, and access to our community of like-minded individuals who are all working towards similar goals.
